Graduated from the University of Nice and the Trinity College of Oxford, Anne Mazoyer-Jankowska is also a political editorialist.
Anne Mazoyer-Jankowska took over the industrial family business at the age of 23, and then developed an activity in creation and counseling to meet the growing communication needs of its major Clients (bank and insurance firms, industrial companies…).
In 1988, she reorganizes its counselling activities in communication, creating and managing JCI
a corporate communication consultancy.
Since 1992, under the presidencies of François Mitterrand and then of Jacques Chirac, Anne Mazoyer-Jankowska has worked on several industrial dossiers in different political contexts of crisis.
In 2003, Publicis buys the structure out and Anne Mazoyer led and managed one of the Group
activity in Corporate communication.
In 2005, Anne Mazoyer sets up FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs with the ambition to provide its clients with an involved and responsive support. In 2006 she opens a Brussels-based office, to promote the interests of companies and institutions to the EU level.
In 2006, Anne Mazoyer opens an office in Brussels in order to meet the needs of its clients at the European level.
In 2007, driven by her strong commitment for companies and their managers, she launches the IDEE© project (Initiative for the Development of Enterprises in Europe), in order to defend the interests of French companies.
In 2009, this initiative leads to the delivery of a report to the President of the French Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy.
In 2010, in a context of unprecedented economical and social disruptions, IDEE is achieved by the launching of the Economic Forum for European Companies® (FEEE) at the European level.
In 2013, Anne Mazoyer, formed a strategic partnership with Sylvie Marier, co-Chair of AGC Communications, the prestigious global communications agency specialized in reputation management and communication strategy in Quebec, to strengthen their respective strategies in the field of reputation management and the defense of their economic and regulatory interests, in an increasingly globalised world.
In 2015, she opens an office in Milan in order to expand the consultancy’s activity towards Italian companies that want to be represented and defended at the European level.
In 2018, the agency joins an international network of public and legal affairs agencies.
In 2019, she transfers FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs’ italian office from Milan to Rome in order to get closer to the national political institutions and to many public companies.
In 2020,
- she launches an unprecedented COVID offer, destined for companies and organisations, to manage the fallout of the crisis and relaunch their commercial activities through export.
- she expands the firm’s activities in Eastern and Northern Europe, with the opening of an office in Warsaw expected in 2021, in order to offer Polish companies European public affairs support and assistance with the internationalisation of their activities.
Patrick Ehringer was appointed in 2007 by the French government “Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France” and joined the export finance expertise group.
From 1973 to 1982, Patrick Ehringer worked as a Manager at Arthur Andersen and then from 1982 to 1985, as the Secretary General of the company JAPY-HERMES France owned by the Olivetti group.
In 1985, he joined as a partner and Vice-President, the advertising agency DDB France.
Before joining DDB Europe in 1989 where he became in 2000 Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer.
In 2003, he was appointed as a member of the DDB Worldwide Board in New York and joined the DDB Worldwide Executive Committee.
In 2007, Patrick Ehringer took over the position of CEO of the DDB Network for Middle East and Africa.
In 2015, he left DDB to devote himself entirely to the company R and G Consulting that he founded, and which, in addition to his business angel role, also aims to support companies wishing to develop their market in Africa.
In October 2019, he joined FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as a Senior Consultant.
Pr. Jean CHIARADIA BOUSQUET

Advisor in European commercial law and internationalization of companies.
Graduated from Sciences Po Paris, Jean Chiaradia Bousquet has over 30 years of experience in international relations, law and consulting.
After having spent 26 years as a Legal Adviser to the United Nations at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) headquarters in Rome, Jean Chiaradia-Bousquet has guided numerous governments and international organizations, in areas such as intellectual property, agricultural legislation and support in the effective implementation of the World Trade Organization (WTO) agreements.
In 2001, after France’s ratification of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies of the United Nations, he became President of the Association of French International Officials in Italy. On this occasion, he co-founded the Association for the Management of Pension Funds of French International Civil Servants and joined the Prime Minister’s Council for International Civil Servants.
In 2011, he co-founded Lex Consulting, a consulting firm specialised in European commercial law.
In 2012, in parallel with his consulting activities, he became Visiting Professor of Public International Law at the Pontifical Lateran University – Fides and Ratio Institute (L’Aquila).
In 2014, he joined Napolitano Law firm, which is specialised in criminal business law and globalization of businesses.
In 2018, he became African countries advisor at AY-Ernst & Young Italia, in charge of opening a local office in Angola.
Jean Chiaradia-Bousquet has been collaborating with FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs since its creation in 2005.
Over 35 years of experience in lobbying for the multimedia and digital sectors.
In 2015, he joined FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as a Consultant.
Since 2010, he has been the Director in charge of Digital Economy and Trade Groups at DIGITALEUROPE.
2002-2009: Prior to joining DIGITALEUROPE, Patrice Chazerand was the Secretary-General of the Interactive Software Federation of Europe (ISFE), the trade body of PC and videogames publishers operating in Europe. In this capacity, he has established PEGI, the only pan-European system of harmonised rating of digital content dealing with various topics such as internet content, protection of minors, privacy, freedom of expression and intellectual property; competition law as applied to interactive and user-generated content; Net neutrality, etc.
2009-2010: he founded his own consulting firm, P2C Consulting.
In 1999, Patrice Chazerand set up the Brussels office of Viacom which he ran as Vice President, European Affairs until 2002. During this tenure, he dealt with audiovisual content creation and distribution on all platforms, anti-piracy, EU audiovisual issues.
From 1989 to 1995, Patrice Chazerand was Director, Public Affairs, at AT&T France, and subsequently Managing Director from 1995 to 1999. He acquired extensive knowledge of telecom services and networks: regulation, interconnection, universal service, broadband deployment, next gen networks, etc.
Patrice Chazerand spent the first fifteen years of his career with the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, seven of which were at the Embassy of France in Washington.
Graduated from Sciences Po and holding a master’s degree in Information and Communication of the Organisations from ISIC Bordeaux, Donatienne Coffy-Manevy began her career within I&E Consultant in 2001.
In 2002, she joined Anne Mazoyer, current Founder of FairValue Corporate & Public
Affairs, within Publicis as consultant in Corporate communication.
From 2003 to 2007, she took over, turned round and expanded the family business in the Lyon region, enriching thus its entrepreneurial experience.
In 2007, she decided to join FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs, managing several issues of the consultancy in counselling for public and economic causes in France and Europe, as well as is crisis communication.

Kate Bloomer graduated from Boston University in 2009 with a degree in English and Anthropology. Her background is in PR and Marketing and has worked across many sectors, including finance, travel and fashion. She has spent time working at the Financial Times in London and W Magazine in New York.
Between 2015-2017, after two years working for a technology startup in Istanbul, Turkey, began working at an asset management firm in Mayfair, London, focused on investments for Institutional Investors, Family Offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
From 2017-2020 she left finance to work in sales and business development for a luxury tour operator.
In 2020, graduated from LSE with a certificate in Business, International Relations and the Political Economy.
In 2021, she joins FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as representative of the firm in UK and communication manager.
She looks forward to using her new skills and long term interests to help expand the reach of the company in the UK.

In 2017-2018, after graduating in International Science of Development and Cooperation, he specializes in lobbying and European public affairs during a second year of mobility in SciencesPo Bordeaux.
In 2018, he completes an internship for the Institutional Relations Department of VDLV, company specializing in tobacco and chemical industry.

After a Master’s degree in Public Law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Ndèye Arame joined the Master 2 Public Business Law program at the University of Paris VIII.
She completed her final year internship as a lawyer in public law (public services, local authorities, town planning, public procurement, environment, etc.) in the Legal Affairs, Assembly and Public Procurement Department (DAJAAP) of the Villeneuve-Saint-Georges town hall.
She then practiced public law in Parisian law firms before joining the Public Affairs Department of the Société Générale Group.
In 2020, Ndèye Arame joined FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as a Junior Consultant in Public and Political Affairs.
Ndèye Arame holds a Master 2 in Public Business Law and a double degree in Political Communication, Lobbying & Public Affairs from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Internationales et Politiques (HEIP).
Samuel AUGIZEAU holds a double degree in Law and Languages (English and Spanish) from the University of Tours. He specialized in the legal systems of foreign countries and languages.
Following a Master degree in European Law at the same university, he is interested in the elaboration of the European Union law and its public policies.
In 2021, he joined the Conseil départemental d’Indre-et-Loire as an assistant to elected officials.
In 2022, Samuel joined FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as a Public and Political Affairs Consultant.
Following a Master I in International Relations and European Affairs at the IEP of Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Nina Pautre is interested in French and European public affairs.
In 2020, she spend a semester at the Royal Holloway University of London where she studied armed conflict issues.
In 2021, she completed an internship at the Vice-presidency of the Ile-de-France Regional Council as an elected officials’ assistant.
In 2022, she joined FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs as a Public and Political Affairs Consultant.
