FairValue Corporate & Public Affairs, a corporate communications & public affairs firm founded in 2005 by Anne Mazoyer, is expanding its teams in Italy and France by welcoming Jean Chiaradia-Bousquet as partner of counsel in Rome and César Lesage as project manager in Paris.

While Jean Chiaradia-Bousquet will assist the firm’s clients in their dealings with public and political authorities in Italy and internationally (particularly in Africa, where he advises a number of countries and their leaders), César Lesage is in charge of cases related to transport and health.

Express Biography :

Jean Chiaradia-Bousquet worked from 1985 to 2011 for the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) as a lawyer and diplomat before founding his firm, Lex Consulting in 2011. He then taught public international law at the Fides et Ratio Institute (part of the Pontifical Lateran University) and in parallel, in 2014, became Of counsel at Studio Legale Napolitano in Rome.

As for César Lesage, (ex ICP Paris), he specialised in European public affairs at the University of Louvain and the University of Sheffield before doing an MSc at Bocconi University in Milan. He then worked in Paris and Brussels with a Member of the European Parliament, then at SpiritsEurope and the Samman law firm, before becoming an associate of a French politician.
